In winter, keeping your home and family warm is a priority. Even with comparatively mild temperatures much of the past few seasons, we’ve also seen our share of deep and bitter cold. And driving winds from coastal storms can make temps feel raw. Making sure you’re heating your home safely can be the difference between life and death. From fire hazards to icy conditions, a few smart precautions can help keep your home—and everyone in it—safe all season long.

Winter safety doesn’t stop at your front door. Snow and ice can create hazards around your property, especially when fuel deliveries are needed. Help keep our drivers and technicians safe by clearing a safe, well-lit path to your fuel tank. Remove snow, ice, and obstacles like branches from walkways. Keep driveways plowed to at least 9–10 feet wide so delivery trucks can maneuver safely. Applying ice melt or sand can also help reduce slipping hazards.
Safe access helps ensure uninterrupted fuel delivery—and protects both your household and the professionals working to keep you warm.
No matter what Mother Nature throws our way this winter, rest assured we are always working to make sure your home and family are warm, comfortable and safe. If you have questions, or want information about fuel deliveries, equipment upgrades, service or repairs, contact us anytime!
