During a recent snowstorm – and we’ve had a lot of them this winter – we received a call from a customer in Sayville, Monica Musetti-Carlin. It seems that her boiler picked one of the worst storms of the year to give out. There was close to two feet of snow on the ground and Monica was concerned whether Swezey would be able to get to her no heat call. We dispatched two of our techs, Franco and Gene to Monica’s house to get her boiler back up and running.
Monica was so grateful for the two techs that trudged through two feet of snow to get to her that she snapped this picture of our techs outside of her home. As heard on the current AT&T commercials, we appreciate her appreciation.
