Dear Friends,
Thanks to all of you who returned our customer-satisfaction survey. We received more than 700 responses — many from customers who’ve been with us for decades, others from those who just joined us this year. We read every single one!
In appreciation for your time, we picked two names at random and awarded these customers a new iPad PRO — valued at $799! Congratulations to Christopher Scott, of Selden, and Paul and Sandy Ryan, of Miller Place.
One comment that stood out for us was from Titsa Pelzman, of Patchogue, who wrote,
“Every time I call Swezey, I receive prompt and very satisfactory service. They are honorable, professional, knowledgeable and fix the problem right away. My whole family uses Swezey Fuel.”
Mary Connally, of Hauppauge, told us,
“There should be more companies like Swezey; they treat you like family!”
Some of you included notes about changes you would like to see, and we have taken your suggestions to heart. Based on requests, we have started calling to remind customers about the importance of getting an annual heating tune-up done.
