When one of our technicians enters your home, we want both of you to feel as comfortable as possible. That’s why we follow several precautions.
Before: Our techs will stay home if they or if anyone in their household is showing any symptoms of COVID-19. If anyone in your home has symptoms, or has experienced symptoms within the past 48 hours, we’ll reschedule. If you call with an emergency and are under quarantine, let us know immediately.
During: Our techs practice social distancing (at least six feet). They wear disposable masks and gloves, and follow CDC-recommended precautions. They will handle maintenance or repairs with minimal or no face-to-face contact. Before departing, they’ll disinfect the areas where they worked.
After: We’ll call you, so as to keep our time in your home as short as possible. You will not need to sign a work order while we are at your home; we will email your invoice.

As you know, for a few months, we were unable to do tune-ups. As we work hard to catch up, we do anticipate some continued delays in scheduling. Fortunately, because we deliver a combination of Bioheat® fuel and ultra-low-sulfur fuel, our customers’ systems burn cleaner, enabling them to go longer without tune-ups.
